Logo Design

Cities of Solar

Click to view this along with other logos I have designed! Cities of Solar is an upstart solar panel installer in the San Francisco area. Their M.O. is going to be grass-roots based with a very "by the people, for the people" style business model. Hence the Yin-Yang (balancing making a profit with serving the people) with the black outline forming a "C" for "Cities" and the negative space/green edge forming the "S" for "Solar". The dot in the green is representative of the sun. Green was chosen for energy savings and orange as reflective of the sun.

Branding/Brochure Design

OceanPay

Click to view the full OceanPay brochure OceanPay is a prepaid debit card-based payroll program developed by PayCard Systems, a financial services firm in So. Florida.

As the program is about to be introduced into Norwegian Cruise Lines, a training brochure needed to be developed for the crewmembers. To ease the transition for NCL staff, I developed the brochure utilizing NCL's newly introduced branding - "Freestyle Cruising".

Brand and Collateral Guide

That Cool Café

Click to view a PDF of That Cool Café's Brand & Collateral Guide! That Cool Café is a hip new salad and yogurt emporium featuring a full menu of delicious healthy meals and snacks, and a tangy new twist on yogurt - the world's oldest health food.

I developed the Brand and Collateral Guide predominantly for the use of investors and potential future franchisees.

Logo Fun!

My very own doodle!

Click to view logos I have created for our clients! I am forever doodling and my own personal logo has seen many variations over the years. As an "E" and an "M" can be designed as the same graphic, just turned on it's side, I have been playing with using this interaction in a logo.

While being greatly influenced by one of my favorite artists, M.C. Escher, and enjoying the incongruity of creating images that not only cannot be "real" but also make one think, I came up with this new version of a personal logo.

Unfortunately it also reminds me of the Joker's lips in the latest Batman movie, Dark Knight!! :)
